Nationwide Shipping

Kim’C Market ships to restaurants and retailers across the United States.

 


 

Shipping for Restaurant Clients in New York City

  • Free Delivery: Orders over $300 (net value, excluding sales tax or applicable charges) qualify for free delivery.
  • Delivery Fee: Orders under $300 incur a $39 delivery charge.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 9 AM EST will be delivered on the same business day unless otherwise requested.
  • Orders placed after 9 AM EST will be delivered the following business day.

 


 

Shipping for Restaurant Clients Outside New York City

  • No Minimum Order Requirement.
  • Shipping Cost: Automatically calculated based on weight and dimensions.
  • Shelf-Stable Items: Orders are shipped within one business day via the most competitive rate among UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, or FedEx Ground, unless requested otherwise.
  • Frozen or Perishable Items: Shipped using the most suitable carrier and service for temperature control. Additional fees may apply.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

Eligible Refunds

A full refund will be issued only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Item Shipped: The item must be unopened and reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

Non-Eligible Refunds & Restocking Fees

  • If you change your mind or place an order by mistake, a restocking fee of $39 or the actual delivery cost (whichever is greater) will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds or returns for freshly milled rice unless the product is defective. 

Return Shipping

  • Damaged Returns: If any damage occurs when returning products back to us, the customer will be liable for the full price of the product.

 


 

Additional Notes

  • Transit Damage: If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the shipment or document the damage with the carrier and notify us immediately.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • Frozen/Perishable Items: Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday will be shipped the same week. Orders placed Thursday or later may be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.
